Fourteen years ago I went to Mrs Morgan-Owen on the recommendation of a friend. I had a very thorough eye test. You get good advice with attention to detail; you feel you get a fair deal. My whole family – three generations – now go to Morgan-Owen and Coates. It’s the most thorough and fairest eye deal in town, in fact it’s eyedeal!

Dear Irena and Graham

Thank you for all your recent help, advice and the excellent service from you and your team. After having used a large high street chain of opticians for many years, I am so pleased that I finally made the change to Morgan-Owen & Coates.

It was so good to find two highly experienced and capable professionals who gave me practical advice in plain English. You spotted the problems I was having with my existing varifocals from my previous optician and the effect this was having on my posture. You also spotted that the frames I had had for the previous three years were not fitting correctly! As you know, as well as a complicated prescription for general vision, I was having particular problems reading music. In twenty years of using the high street chain, they did not give me any advice or help with my special visual needs. Not only did you check my music vision using your own music stand and music, you then let me bring my rather unusual instrument into you practice to check me over whilst I was playing. Very brave and tolerant of you all!

What makes you stand out as a company is a combination of your professional expertise, pleasant, well equipped premises and friendly, personal service. This is winning combination even before mentioning your very reasonable prices.  I know that the next time I visit you (possibly for some sports eyewear) I will get the same, consistently high, quality of service from you and your team. Many thanks.
